The Asian Professional Exchange of Dallas was founded on May 2003 through the merger of two existing asian professional organizations, PA 2 and APA-YPO.

About PA 2

The Asian American Professionals of Dallas (PA 2 ) was founded in August of 1996 by a group of
young Asian Americans in the D/FW area who wanted to organize interest amongst professionals
of all Asian ethnicities. PA 2 is a non-profit organization dedicated to uniting all persons for
cultivating social, professional, and community relationships. PA 2 is affiliated with NAAAP, the
National Association of Asian American Professionals, a consortium of groups throughout the
U.S. who share similar ideals and objectives. (http://www.apexdallas.org/archive/pa2, a historical archive)
