Dear OCA-DFW Friends, Supporters, and Members:

You and your friends and family are invited to attend the annual chapter meeting and picnic on Sunday, October 5, 2003 at Bob Woodruff Park in Plano from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

There will be plenty of food, including Chinese take-out, hamburgers, and hot dogs. Soft drinks will also be served.

The picnic is no cost to adult members and their children, and $3 picnic fee per person for non-OCA-DFW members who are 4 years old or above. Non-members who pay the 2004 OCA-DFW membership fee at the annual meeting will be exempted from the picnic fee.

Please RSVP to William Tong at William.C.Tong@Citigroup.com, or leave a message at 972.281.4157, with your name phone number, and number of adults (13 years old and above) and children (4 to 12 years old) who will attend the annual picnic in your party.

Please make a dessert and bring it to the picnic to enter the home-made dessert competition. The top three best desserts judged by a panel will receive prizes.
